Mole removal through laser procedure is more indicated to smaller ones.
But protruding bigger moles are removable with laser also because mostly
they have shallower bases or foundation under the skin.

recurrence in a smaller shape might be observed months later, and another

If removal with just 1 treatment is strongly desired, laser might not
be your choice, instead incision method is more reliable in such case,
particularly with bigger moles.
Incision Method
Factors to be aware of incision method is recovery of the scar which vary in every individual. Usually scars blend with the surrounding skin, if a bit noticeable, they mostly look much better than the removed moles. But cases that have keloid traits, which is another term for hypergrowing scars, should inform their surgeon first before undergoing this procedure.

Scar Repair
Laser TreatmentA noticeable scar can be treated first with PicoSure's Focus Fractional technique to improve its bumpy appearance. If discoloration is an issue, Picotoning helps to lighten up its color, and if redness is present, vascular lesion laser is the choice to reduce the unwanted color.
However, if the scar shape and width is not improving that much with laser techniques, incision method might be the next option to do.
Incision Method
Incision method is the teatment of choice for scars that are noticeable with their bumpy structure and widened shape. Stitches are removed a week later, redness might last for weeks or months depending on the healing process which differs in each individual.
So cases who have keloid traits, or characteristics of bad hypergrowing scars, are not good candidates for incision method.
Keloid/Hypertrophic Scar Treatment
Hypertrophic scar usually shows a red tumor-like appearance occured as an allergic reaction to one's own skin. When its bulge shape and redness grow and swell severely, this scar situation is called keloid.
Keloid is more like a skin characteristic of that individual and sometimes hereditary. Not only from wounds but even with the smallest vaccine needle point or acne scars, keloid occurs. Sometimes it also happens from environmental factors such as easily-stretched knee/elbow skin, and lower leg/foot skin that is easily predisposed to continuous external stimulation.
Keloid and hypertrophic scar are usually dealt with steroid injection. 1 steroid injection treatment is performed per few months to minimize the allergic reaction to scars. If good result is observed after 1 treatment, few more additional sessions are advised inorder to lessen redness of scar. Overdoing it might sometimes cause a dent so careful observation is a must. Individuals who are pregnant, or have diabetes, hypertension, infection, and allergy to steroid, should be under careful observation upon administering this medication.

Earring Piercing
Different types of medical earings are available.: metals or non-metal
type, or maybe some silicone simple ones. Of course, men's are also available.Medical first earrings are recommended to use because they have thicker posts that are likely to create permanent holes. Personal earrings can come with you also for just hole piercing.
Rings for body piercing are not avai;ab;e. Favorite body jewelries are required to be supplied by the patient.
Showering is already possible the next day. 2 weeks of sterilization is advised. Medical first earrings should be worn for a month to enhance permanent hole.
Piercing unwanted side effects might include inflammation or infection. To cure such complications, earring might be better removed or substituted with a silicone ones inorder to avoid closing of the holes.
If the person have keloid or hypertrophic scar traits, better not do some piercings, but if keloid wounds are observed, treatment with steroid injection is recommended.

Hyaluronic Acid(HA) Fillers
Recently, glowing fuller lips are getting more popular than ever
among the youths while older individuals are bothered with vertical lines
along lips. These are the main reasons why HA Fillers are showing more demands year after year.

Hyaluronic acid filler has been around for over 25 years, and still it
is the main filler product used in the field. During that relatively long
history of the substance, many alternatives that were thought better appeared
but gradually faded away because of their unexpected flaws. So, at this
point, HA is still the main favorite in filler technique.
Within its long usage history period, HA filler produced many brands.
The followings are mostly popular and frequently used brands:
Juvederm
Juvederm VOLUMA is the thickest in concentration among the line-up of the brand, then Juvederm VOLBELLA and comes Juvederm VOLIFT (named in the States as VOLLURE) as the thinnest of them all. These 3 are the newest generation of Juvederm, older one includes Juvederm Ultra & Ultra plus.

Reactions such as obvious lumps and redness of the injected area are the common symptoms. This can be dissolved and subsided by injecting HA dissolving solution called hyaluronidase.
Besides allergic reaction, skin and other tissue necrosis (death) are also the concerns of HA injection. When injected, HA rarely gets inside a blood vessel that may clog it and cause the problem. To avoid this, injection of the filler with blunt cannula is the best prevention available. If this side effect occur, a remedy using hyaluronidase is done to revive the damaged tissue.
Teosyal(Teoxane)
Teosyal is the most used hyaluronic acid filler lately. It has the longest lasting effect among the latest brands, produced by the Swiss company called TEOXANE.
Teosyal has a lot of options in its hyaluronic acid concentration and cross-linking technology. Kiss series has more elastic touch that might be the most adequate one to enhance the lips.
The longest effect sustainability observed in highly-concentrated products is around 1 to 2 years, though might vary in the amount injected.

Restylane

Restylane injection, same as Juvederm brand, needs careful observation of allergic reaction and tissue damage.
Lips enhancement can sometimes be done with fat injection. This procedure
was performed a lot before the advent of HA fillers. But since HA is convenient
and lasts longer, it captured more popularity than traditional fat injection.

Below half of the injected fat volume might permanently stay in the lips,
and a few sessions are needed to gain the desired lip volume. Fat injection
is done in 3-to-6-month interval and every injection should enhanced lips

Especially with the youth today in Japan who are apt to pursue small faces or the trend of fuller lifted upper lip are really making this procedure more popular than ever.
The actual treatment diagram:
As shown below, a 5mm width of the skin under the nose is removed, then skin flapping or undercutting is performed downward to exposed the orbicularis oris muscle which is to be retracted in the upward direction. Then, skin is closed.
Lip Lift is done with skin and muscle flaps, so obvious swelling is anticipated widely down to the upper lip. If swelling is severe, it might be noticeable for a week, and the remaining mild puffiness might stay until the 2nd or 3rd week. Stitches are removed on the 5th, make-up is already okay on the 6th day.
Needs months for the redness of wound to subside, but covering with make-up is capable of hiding it. Afterwards it turns into a whitish scar that is not noticeable enough because it blends to the sorrounding skin but not completely going away.

8 to 10ｍｍ of incisions are done along the vermillion border of lower
and upper lips at the corner.Then a triangular skin flap is removed over
the upper lip wound, expression muscle underneath is also lifted, then

Lip Reduction
Reducing lips sizes reduces not only lip appearance but also the protruding mouth going beyond the E line.

Since bigger lips are the trend, Lip Reduction is not that popular nowadays.
But still there are some that think bigger is not always better. Everyone has one's own opinion. But from a cosmetic practicioner's view, in a long run, bigger might give you less noticeable vertical lines on lips in older ages, might mean that you look younger with bigger lips.
This procedure is done with incision, along the boundary of lip's wet and dry area, making the scar not noticeable, aiming to remove about 1/3 of the visible dry lip part.
A week later is stitch removal. Swelling and bruises are also about a week. Wound can soon be covered with make-up after stitch removal and recovery is fast.

Dimple Plasty
Dimple creation surgery is relatively a common procedure done in cosmetic
field. It is a simple method, but there are some downsides to consider.

Firstly, just soon after surgery, dimpling of the cheek skin is already
noticeable but strangely stays on the spot changelessly deep for a while(months)
whether you do expression or not. Usually from few weeks up to 3 months.
Then eventually fades and appears only when smiling.
Another unwanted effect maybe when the created dimple stays deep even
expressionless for more than 3 months. Never observed this case in our
clinic, but such rare report exists. With this complication, untying of
the suture inside the cheek tissue soon loosens the unwanted dimpling.
On other cases, dimples might fade early and not stay as desired. Resurgery
is to be done.
Other disadvantages include swelling due to bleeding or infection. Because
it is an oral procedure, infectious agents might get easily inside the
wound from eating and brushing. Prevention by aseptic mouth wash and oral
medication is required in this procedure, but still infection sometimes
occurs. Additional medication and cleaning of wounds is needed to cure
such complications.
Actual method goes as follows: incision wound inside the oral cavity
just beneath the desired dimple spot, then deeper skin layer and expression
muscle on the oral wall are sutured together to create dimpling on skin.
The unnatural dimpling might stay for a while but eventually fade away
in time. dissolvable stitch is used, so there is no stitch removal.

Otoplasty(Protruding Ear Correction)
Protruding ear is a major factor to make outermost face contour noticeable. Correction of this concern certainly can change the silhouette of outer facial line.

Protruding ear is caused by poorly formed auricular cartilage that allows the ear shape to stick out. This procedure corrects this concern by folding the under-developed cartilage inorder to prevent the ear to pin out.
In Japan, pinning-out ears are not that big issues since its a belief that protruding ears bring money, while Westerns or Japanese people who have stayed long enough in western countries cannot stand these types of ears.
The procedure requires incision wound at the back of the ear auricle where it can be hidden well, then the stretching cartilage is slit inorder to bend it backwards.
Stitches are made at the back wound which are to be removed 1 week later, and also a tied-over gauze is done on the front side also for a-week long. After a week of downtime, it is already coverable with make-up or hair, since wound is at he nonnoticeable back of the ear.
